Studio based day workshop

These workshops take place in my studio in Ashby de la Zouch, a historic market town in the Heart of the National Forest, and are designed for beginners and those artists who want to think outside their normal practice. It is an opportunity to experiment, using various techniques and materials. It is about looking at a subject and wanting to make more than a representational painting or drawing.
So, an open mind, old clothes that can take some paint spots, photographs / artefacts of one particular place that you really like (or dislike!) and a sense of wanting to “have a go” are all that are needed.
