Following my recent solo exhibition at Gallery No.1, Repton, Derbyshire I am continuing to make work based on Lost Cloister - because there is still more to say about that special place and it obviously struck a lot of chords with visitors.

But I have also become enthralled by what may on first appearance seem a rather un-enthralling place - Frog Island on the edge of Leicester city. Despite the reasons for being there and the speeding ticket etc., it is an area full of the visual excitement of a patina of decay and regeneration and and I am loving the start of this new voyage of discovery.
